Clare Jacky

Clare Jacky is a People and Business Operations consultant supporting clients through strategic planning, the development of operational rhythm and progressive people practices, change management and cultural innovation, organizational design, and leadership development. In her consultancy, she works with founders and leaders in a variety of industries and stages of growth, including startups, scaling technology companies, agencies, and non-profit organizations.

A strong generalist, Clare has held leadership roles in both the Operations and People space. She has deep experience in leadership development, high-performing team models, performance management, feedback practices, and strategic planning. She is a strong believer in the connection between leaders who cultivate high trust and accountability and strong business outcomes. She embraces a systems thinking, data-driven, people-centric approach with her clients.

Clare holds an M.A. in Organization Development and Change Management from the University of St. Thomas and a B.A. in International Studies from Macalester College.

Jon Passman

Jon Passman is an executive and business coach with a passion for helping leaders fulfill their corporate, professional, and personal goals. Using his 30+ years of business experience including senior executive roles at several large software and services companies, such as Trimble, GE, and Ceridian, Jon helps his clients achieve higher levels of performance while creating greater balance between their personal and professional lives.

Because Jon has held roles similar to his clients he easily relates to their challenges and needs. This allows him to coach effectively and if requested provide expert advice. Jon has several functional and business areas of expertise: executive team building and mentoring, strategic marketing, product marketing, product management, and innovation, new product launches, strategic pricing and business model innovation, investment / capital Allocation, strategic planning and P&L accountability. Jon has worked in many industries with particular deep experience in software/SaaS, business services, supply chain, human capital management and professional services.

Jon received his Masters in Management (MBA) in Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Math from Northwestern University.

Jon lives in Minnetonka with his wife Pam and daughter Eve. Their sons Jordan and Abe are currently in college.

Lauren Franklin

Lauren Franklin is an executive coach and organizational consultant energized by supporting organizations with manager development, culture, talent acquisition, employee listening, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

She has a wealth of expertise in the tech space along with experience in higher education and public sector. She’s hired, developed, and built teams from the ground up and helped influence organization-wide culture initiatives in a variety of organizations from small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Gonzaga University with a certificate in Leadership Studies, a Master of Arts in Sociology with a focus in quantitative data analysis from Portland State University, and is certified in the Bridges Coaching Method. She’s located in Seattle, Washington where she enjoys spending time outside with her husband and son and their Golden Retriever, Wesley.

Drea Tuott, PsyD

Dr. Tuott is a leadership coach with a holistic approach helping maximize focus, clarity, and confidence in the workplace. Dr. Tuott has specific expertise in helping individuals and cultures build resilience and foster DEIB.

Her career includes a background in neuroscience, assessment community education, mental health services, and addiction recovery. She is also a life coach, certified in the Bridges Coaching Method.

Dr. Tuott received her BA in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University and her MA and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas.

Drawing from her wealth of experience to guide her clients, she creates individualized roadmaps to methodically help each reach their individual leadership goals, develop emotional IQ, and have a positive impact on their teams and businesses.

Susan Auer

Susan has served in “Corporate America” in large and small companies and have a passion for bringing people together for common understanding of mission and values. She is known as a cultural architect in organizations and strives to uncover what makes individuals heart come alive.

Susan is a thoughtful relationship healer, a change agent and ally. She has been called a natural coach and mentor and it’s one of her very favorite ways of showing up. She builds bridges between people, strategy, and process and able to see through to suggest and help implement great change and ways of working.

Her forte is working alongside those who are in mid-career and either in transition, finding themselves in a misaligned role, having consistent misses with communication and/or their leadership, or those who want to do more of what makes them truly shine.

Susan has expertise in mid-level leadership building and developing teams as well as communicating effectively to senior leaders in a style that is individual and authentic. She brings expertise in Leadership both academically with her master’s degree as well as in practice. She has have implemented a DEI - supplier diversity program, worked with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as organizations in great change.

Amy Bennett

Amy Bennett is an executive coach with 20 years experience working with organizations globally from start-ups to the Fortune 50 to increase effectiveness, maximize productivity, and build connection with their teams. Grace Twesigye

Grace works holistically to help people seize opportunities to create mindful change in their lives. She is a leadership coach with over a decade of experience working with executives, managers, and entrepreneurs across various industries and organizational structures, including (but not limited to) startups, nonprofits, universities, and tech companies.

Building upon her experience as an attorney, people-services practitioner, and DEI&B leader, Grace uses a strengths-based holistic approach and creates a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their strengths and areas of opportunity.

Grace obtained her BA from Kenyon College, her JD from Boston College Law School, and, most recently, became an ICF-accredited coach through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband, son, and two cats.

Nataly Huff

Nataly is an experienced leader known for challenging the status quo and creating measurable, sustainable change. With more than 15 years in leadership focusing on growth and retention marketing, Nataly’s experience spans B2C, B2B2C, and prosumer spaces with a proven track record in achieving sustainable growth for small-scale start-ups as well as mature global organizations.

Doug Stotland

As a tech executive for more than two decades, Doug has led global businesses and built high-performing teams from product development to operations to sales and most functions in between.  As a certified executive coach, Doug works with C-suite and senior-level leaders committed to developing and evolving to grow and adapt in new roles, new markets, and new businesses. 

Doug earned his coaching certification through the Hudson Institute and is an ICF certified coach.  His client list includes leaders at publicly traded companies like Microsoft, Snap, Google and Meta as well as pre-IPO start-ups and private equity firms.  In addition to executives, Doug also reserves 3-5 coaching slots for a small number of early-career leaders who are investing to develop into the high-impact, world-class executives of the future.

Before becoming an executive coach, Doug held senior roles at technology companies from early-stage startups to leading a global business for Microsoft to one of the early senior hires at Facebook through building a new business from scratch for ServiceChannel.

As a leader, Kristy has worked within and alongside executive teams at digital health startups for 10 years. She partnered closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute company strategy. She has led highly engaged, high performing teams through growth in fast-paced settings. Jori Maurer

Jori Maurer is a marketing strategist and leadership coach with 15+ years of experience. She has deep industry experience in tech, having run small and large teams at small start-ups as well as large, PE-backed firms. She’s run marketing, customer success, and HR teams and has deep experience enabling newer managers and supporting leaders who need to work cross functionally to be successful. She’s currently leading a workforce transformation project across a team of 700 as chief of staff to the CMO. 

Her biggest personal achievements have always been with people. She’s most proud of helping multiple people change careers and jump into new teams, promoting first time managers and coaching them as they manage people for the first time, and supporting people through tough times of change and transformation. Her super power is helping people find what makes them tick and aligning those motivators with meaningful work.

Erika Mohle

Erika Mohle, M.Sc, R.Psych, is the founder of Mohle Consulting, with 10 years of experience as a Psychologist working with leaders. She is known for applying neuroscience and human behavioral science to present practical and challenging solutions to support leaders in achieving their potential. She draws on her background as a psychologist to elevate her clients through research-backed, personalized, and real-world coaching.

Erika has worked with a variety of executives, ranging from those at companies employing over 9000 people to CEOs of smaller firms. She has extensive experience in individual coaching, executive assessment, and leadership development.

Heather Long

My superpowers are pattern-finding and being fully present to my clients to support them in creating order out of chaos and “stuckness”. I have a PhD in Management - Sustainable Systems Design and 30 years of corporate experience in healthcare providing patient care, serving as an executive operations leader, and building organizational systems design and improvement. I hold multiple certifications as a coach - Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), Board Certified Coach (Center for Credentialing and Education), and Team Coach (Center for Executive Coaching). My doctoral research was also on high-performing teams and I have led many such teams.

Coaching has always been "my style" in project management, leadership, and in personal business. My mission is to help others achieve their missions and goals. Particular areas of expertise and passion include: navigating wicked problems (seemingly unsolvable and tricky problems needing audacious goals), growing leadership behaviors and strategies from good to great, building high-performance teams, generating resilience, and building the many capabilities that enable leaders and teams to consistently and sustainably move their desired outcomes across the finish line.

On a personal note, I am a runner/walker and a cyclist. My family and friends mean the world to me and I'm privileged to be surrounded by some truly wonderful people. As a lifelong learner and intellectually curious individual, I'm on a continuous growth journey enabling me to fully relate to and support those who are also on a development path.
