5 Sessions

Perfect to add on to an Onboarding package for a new executive, prepping for a promotion, or cultivating key talent. 

This package includes:

  • Assessment to identify key drivers

  • Meeting with leadership to align coaching with goals

  • Five 1:1 sessions with one of our credentialed coaches

  • Feedback 

  • Short and long range plan with supporting activities

Team Focus
12 Sessions

When bringing alignment to a team, talent coaching can provide a common language for communication, conflict resolution, and shared direction on goals. 

This package can be split between multiple team members (six session for 2 people, four sessions for 3 people, etc.) and includes:

  • Assessment to identify key drivers

  • Meeting with leadership to align coaching with goals

  • Twelve 1:1 sessions with one of our credentialed coaches, dividable between employees

  • Feedback 

  • Short and long range plan with supporting activities

Group Focus
30 Sessions 

Whether investing in talent coaching is part overall corporate culture for each employee, or ensuring employee retention during a business transformation, coaching can raise engagement, communication and overall productivity. Coaching provides a common language for communication, conflict resolution, and shared direction on goals. 

This package can be split between multiple group members and includes:

  • Assessment to identify key drivers

  • Meeting with leadership to align coaching with goals

  • Thirty 1:1 sessions with one of our credentialed coaches, dividable between employees

  • Feedback 

  • Short and long range plan with supporting activities
